I am Stefano Marras, Lawyer & Attorney, Class of 1987, and I am founder of Marras Law Firm, based in Sassari, Sardinia.

I have always wanted to become a lawyer, fascinated by the concepts of Truth and Justice. And perhaps also because of the influence and fascination of the Court in me, following in the footsteps of my grandfather, Court Chancellor. 

​

I have always been an avid reader, ever since I can remember my eyes have not detached themselves from the pages of a book and my mind has flown by building imaginary worlds, which for many years I put down on paper - for pleasure - in pages and pages of books.

Big fan of fantasy, among my favorite authors Robert Jordan, Stephen King, Brandon Sanderson, Wilbur Smith, Ken Follett.

Africa and sunsets at the Masai Mara, Rio de Janeiro bathed in colors in the Brazilian rainforest, the endless starry night sky in the Rubʿ al-Khālī are just some of the experiences I have had over the past year. Travel is an essential part of my personal and Family journey.

Staying up-to-date on Current Events is crucial for me: passionate about Geopolitics, I am a devourer of articles and podcasts on the subject.

​

I describe myself as lover of accuracy, stubborn. I do not seek easy solutions, but rather the careful study, precision and achievement of the best result for each of my Clients. I love that my Clients "win" and succeed in the challenges we undertake together, and determination to deliver excellent results drives my ongoing commitment.

Licensed as Attorney in 2013, enrolled in the Bar since 2014, I have joined prominent names in the Sassari Bar in practice, in both criminal and civil proceedings.

​

I have always believed that Law is a living and evolving subject, and the desire to open my horizons and grow as a professional led me to Rome, in 2017, to collaborate with the renowned Boutique-Lawfirm "Bussoletti Nuzzo & Associati", for four years. Collaboration that continues occasionally from a distance.

​

In 2020, I decided to return to Sardinia -accomplice to the birth of my daughter Nora- to lead my own Law Firm.

​

I collaborate as a consultant and attorney for Destination Wedding Design Company Elisa Mocci Events, founded in 2008 by my wife Elisa, specializing in the luxury events market and Middle Eastern clients. Thanks to this collaboration, our trips to the UAE and the Persian Gulf have always been frequent.

​

Becoming a Representative Lawyer for the IICUAE - the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE - in 2023 was an almost natural step. 

The deep respect and knowledge of Arab history and culture, and the opportunity to understand and study the enormous opportunities these destinations offer to Italian individuals and companies, is the challenge in staying constantly updated and riding the dynamism I seek in life and work for my Clients.
